Organized driving event over 2-3 days of driving where participants take on a predetermined route, often returning to the initial location. These are BLITZ type events where participants have to complete a set of checkpoints before returning to base.

2 door/4 door Sporty vehicles.
No minimum or maximum power limits are imposed.
Motorcycles and Offroad SUV's are not allowed.The use of any commercially available fuel accessible to any participant (petrol, diesel) is permitted. We recommend you use classic fuel types(95RON, 100RON), since E85 and other ethanol based fuels are not available in Romania. The use of LPG is forbidden.

All cars entered must be in good working and visual condition.
WINTER TIRES ARE MANDATORY! There must be no visible cracks or other damage to the wheels or tires. Tires should be no older than 5 years since the fabrication date. Only DOT tires are allowed, tires manufactured for use on public streets, roads and highways.

All cars will be equipped by participants with an extinguisher with a minimum capacity of 1 liter, powder extinguishing agent, an extinguisher can be used only once, after which it will be replaced with a new one.
All cars should be equipped with a First Aid Kit in compliance with DIN13164:2022 or newer. This is very important to have and also mandatory by law in Romania.

The Driver must have at least 3 years experience driving a vehicle or equivalent motorsport experience. For participants with motorsport experience, but less than 3 years driving on public roads, please send us an email with more details(FIA License, Racing History).

The driver must hold a valid Driver's License issued by the Romanian Authorities or Foreign Authorities. Most licenses issued by EU member countries are valid in Romania. Foreign nationals can use their driving license from their home country in Romania for up to 90 days. After this period, they must obtain a Romanian driving license. The 90-day period starts from the date of their arrival in Romania, not the date they obtained their driving license. Check on your country's government website to check the validity of your license. Some countries like the U.S. require an IDP(International Driver's License).
It is recommended that the Copilot also holds a valid Driver's License just in case. This is not mandatory, but recommended.

We strive to provide participants with the safest possible environment from the perspective of all involved. However, as organizers we do not push our participants to dangerous driving, on the contrary, we advocate for safe driving and respecting the law and driving rules in use.
Even with strict enforcement and voluntary compliance with the rules, all event participants must be aware that driving on public roads implies the possibility of being seriously or even fatally injured, even through no fault of their own or the organizers'. The rules do not guarantee or imply that serious or potentially fatal injuries cannot occur. All participants agree to assume the risk of being seriously or even fatally injured through their own negligence or the serious negligence of others.
All participants MUST COMPLY and adhere to Romanian Driving Laws and Regulations at all times.

DRIVING IN ROMANIA/EU ROAD RULES

The participant understands this tour may expose participants to many risks and hazards, some of which are inherent in the very nature of itself, others which result from human error and negligence on the part of the persons involved in organizing, staging and/or operating. As a result of the aforesaid risks and hazards, I as a participant may suffer serious personal injury, even death, as well as property loss. Some of the aforesaid risks and hazards are foreseeable, but others are not.
The participant nevertheless freely and voluntarily assumes all the aforesaid risks and hazards, and that, accordingly, their participation in this event shall be entirely at their own risk.
The participants understand that neither the organizers nor any of its directors, officers, employees, sponsors, independent contractors or agents assume any responsibility whatsoever for their safety during the course of their participation in this event.
You will sign a Liability Agreement prior to participating in the event.BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE AND YOU WILL INHERIT THE RESPONSABILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES THAT YOU ARE INVOLVED IN.

Price is calculated in EUR, but will be paid in RON at 5.15RON/1EUR parity.
In your Confirmation E-mail received from us you will find payment details as long as a proforma invoice.
Fee payment deadline is 5 days after receiving the confirmation email.
Only after the payment is made you will receive the final invoice and be eligibile to participate and you will have reserved your spot.

If you inform us you cannot attend the event anymore after the payment was made, but before the registration period ends you will be refunded in a form of a voucher that can be used at any other events organized in the limit of one year since the voucher was issued.
If you inform us you cannot attend the event after the registration period ends, then 100% of the Fee will be lost.
In case the event doesn't take place because of any reasons for which the organizer is responsible you will be refunded 100% of the Fee.
